Wayne Mortimer 

Wayne has been working with youth for over a decade in a variety of youth programs. He has been a mentor to youth and has worked and volunteered at group homes with youth ranging in age from 12 to 18. He has participated in intensive residential programs for “at risk youth” in many cities across America, England and Australia.

Wayne is also a certified Ropes/Challenge Course Facilitator and has been working in that capacity for many years with youth and adults in all walks of life.

His duties have included:

· Facilitator of the follow-through program

· Youth Manager, supporting youth when their mentors were not available

· Mentor Manager, supporting the mentors in their role with the youth

· Parent program manager, working with the parents to support them and  

    their youth

· Program design and documentation

· Training of new facilitators
